If true that Romney isn't responsible for his supporters' views(like Trump) why not campaign with KKK folks too? What's the difference?

Romney is too weak to shut Trump up. If he can't control a domestic clown like Trump how is he going to deal with world leaders? Roll over?

Aw come on... this president has taken the most beatings from the media, of any president, just for being who he is. Imagine having elected Hugo Chavez! You'd see your freedoms TRULY being pulled out from under you and would be shot or jailed if you protested it!

Honestly, I dont believe that we elected the shitbag we are stuck with now! He stole the presidency...good thing his brother is Governer of Florida! He has made people from all over the world hate Americans...he has taken our democratic system and forced it on Iraq, he has kept our troops in a counrty we have no business being in and I have lost several close Army buddies because he is a dickhead that won't back down...because he is profiting off this war! He is a crappy president and I stand by my answer.

He is profiting off of the war? How? I did not know this.

isn't the war over? is bush involved in the oil industry? do the republicans get "donations" from companies? like halliburton?
by haggis on August 31st, 2007
big boo: actually i have had many friends arrested for protesting. we can't even organize a decent pacific protest legally! fascism doesn't only exist in Venezuela though it is more obvious there.
by haggis on August 31st, 2007
I'm sorry your friends were arrested. I can't imagine, though, that they would be arrested for disagreeing with our government and/or president. If they did, it would be all over the news, cause that is one of the fundamentals of our Constitution. Coming from D.C., I saw protests of all kinds every week...

I understand what you say about oil... and I agree that presidents should not have a conflict of interest like that - its downright unAmerican... but I haven't found any legitimate info on a connection to Iraq oil and Bush. If you find anything, please post it here. On a side-note, I have found that a certain other leading candidate for the Democratic party (despite what they would like the public to believe) have made millions off of oil and weapons (specifically Exxon-Mobil and Raytheon). I think all politicians (Democrat and Republican, alike) should have their backgrounds scrutinized if they wish to lead our country.

go here http://www.democracyrising.us/content/view/57/81/ and read about all the Bush family members that are involved in various companies profiting directly form the war in Iraq.
Also read this article http://www.counterpunch.org/pringle04122007.html
I honestly believe that Bush is covering his tracks very well but, I have no doubt in my mind that this war is not based on "Liberating the Iraqi people" he has alterior motives which involve lots and lots of money.
