Depending on where you are, the type of centipede will vary in levels of toxicity. Contact a local doctor or poison control emergency number to be safe. Most centipede bites are not fatal, and are similar to bee stings. The big concern is if you have an allergic reaction (similar to bee stings). If you are in the continental US, you should be fine, if in Central America or Southern Mexico, there could be a problem. Are you sure it was a centipede and not a milipede (how many legs per segment). Milipedes are non poisonous and have two pairs of legs per segment. Be safe, contact poison control or an emergency room if you have any redness or swelling.

The other two obviously haven't been bitten before. I live in Hawaii, and people get bitten daily out here- especially in my line of work (landscaper). The immediate thing to do if you have access to a green papaya or an onion- immediately put some onto the bite. If you do not have these close by, it sounds strange- but pee on the area. There is ammonia and urea in your pee that will help draw out the poison. Then, the next best thing is yes, to ice it- and go buy some meat tenderizer. This applied to the area will take down the pain and swelling dramatically. Pop an anti-inflammatory for the swelling and pain- and you'll be better in no time. aloha!

If it bit you on the penis, get your girlfriend to suck out the poison. Redness, swelling and screaming are quite common.

By hitting yourself. HA HA HA!

No centipede can bite. They have claws under their heads that once were legs. They can pinch into the skin and secrete a poison, that in some types, can be painful. But there is only one case ever of anyone dying of this, (throughout the world), and that likely was from an alergic reaction. I have caught many, and usually they use their clasper tails to keep striking you, in an attempt to startle you into releasing them. But the tails are completely harmless, only a scare tactic. That part is strictly for breeding and sex purposes. Their claws that pinch are directly under their heads. Likely you only hurt there for a little while, then had a little red 'spider bite' bump for a few days.
