However, all of their actions are still reviewed by the staff. They do this for free, no money, no mod points.

We're kind of like room monitors. We keep on eye on things, make sure people don't get into big ruckuses and brawl through the categories. Hopefully with a word or two from a CL people can back down a bit and stay cool or cooler. That was the original creation for them as at the time, AnswerBag had quite a few instigators of discontent that were offensive and hurtful and really got everyone upset. So CLs try to keep the peace between people and if it doesn't work, they can place people in the Penalty Box for one or more days. That is when a person can log into AB but they have lost their posting or commenting rights for a time. CLs also keep the staff appraised of any problems that they see could be building. Plus, CLs can flag things that are inappropriate like offensive posts, spam, impostors, dupes, and wrong categories and they get taken care of immediately, though everything that gets flagged does get reviewed by the Staff. We do not get any points for any of our moderating.

The community leaders have the orange sun-like badges beside their names unique to all of the other badges. The community leaders' moderation points/ percentages are not visible (they cannot get mod points, anyway), and if they get a trophy, the orange badge remains instead of the trophy on certain screens. That being said, the several CL's already listed in other answers stand out.
