Read a book. Being online will stimulate you more. Reading will just wear your brain to the point that you're so over tired you CAN sleep.

Try falling asleep to a TV show you've seen a million times. When I have trouble sleeping, I pop in one of my "Friends" DVDs and I swear it works just like a lullaby.

Watch informercials. That will put ya to sleep. Plus I heard a good hearty meal and some warm milk would put ya to sleep.

Turn off the lights Turn off everything Shut the Laptop / turn off everything Stop thinking about things. If you think to hard then it is going to be harder to get to sleep

I use ear plugs as slightest noises disturb me. I also try to go to bed early, before my body gets into overdrive late in the evening ....and I work out daily, which helps me sleep.

Start chanting to yourself, 99 bottles of beer on the wall, 99 bottles of beer, take one down, pass it around, 98 bottles of beer on the wall. You'll never make it all the way to 0!

go off-line and read a bit in bed before closing your eyes.
