  • I don't think you can. You will need a scale of some sort.
  • measure the object and multiply accordingly to the scale. the object you are measuring though has to be at the right angle, otherwise you will have the wrong result, unless you get into the complicated maths behind it...
  • If you can find something of "standard" height in the picture you could make a good estimate. You could look at a door, a brick, a cinder block, or a car.
  • You can't really, unless you are willing to settle on the roughest of estimates. How do you know what it's made from? How many walls are inside, the plumbing, the weight of the roof alone can vary by thousands of pounds? That's a pretty rough estimate.
