Help answer this question below.

I was meant too be meeting a guy off the internet next week, who I had been chatting/ texting for 2 monthes consistently, he says his chatting too other women he met on a dating site recently, I am angry, and have called it off, am I over-reacting?

    I think you might be. I too have joined a site and chat with many guys but only ever meet up with those i feel i have a connection with. Maybe 1 or 2 in 50 or so who make contact. I would meet up with him and show him how special you are..then he wont need to text or chat to anyone else

    I would say you are. Chatting does not set up a full relationship; if you had been chatting to him in the office, would you expect him not to talk to anyone else in the office? Even a first date doesn't stop people chatting to others in real life; why should it be different on the Net? You have built up your feelings of the relationship too high - unless there is something you are not telling us.

    yes. you were chatting with him over the internet..he's now asked to meet you...does that mean that if it weren't on the internet you'd expect a prospective suitor to keep from talking to other women? At least he was upfront and honest to you.
