If your standing when you faint, you will fall down. Your body's natural defence system kicks into action. Blood and oxygen will be auotmatically be diverted to all your majer organs, brain, heart and lungs. if you are asking for a quick fix for your school exams, please study what you are supposed to and don't ask us, to help you in your exam, we did it the hard way, by learning and studying in our own time.

Do you mean what happens to your body TO INDUCE fainting.....something (perhaps a shock..perhaps fear/anxiety..perhaps a medical condition) creates tension in your body, squeezing arteries taking blood to your brain...and you get faint due to lack of blood oxygen.
