No, if your dyslexic it's in all languages and its even harder to read in languages you are not fluent in.
To my knowledge no, just having a worse understanding of some laungages would most likely cause the confusion, also people who know more than one laungage can develop over lapping laungage. Ever heard someone speaking English for the first few words then Spanish or another laungage the next coupe words? reading can go the same way. try to slow down when reading and focus on the laungage that you are reading.
