Ideology is more specialized and is a component of world outlook.

For instance, ideology could include your religion (i.e. Christian, Muslim, Buddhist ideology), your political affliliation (i.e. Republican, Democrat, conservative, liberal, moderate ideology) or other factors. It is usually culturally influenced.

World outlook is how you see the world. It is mainly influenced influenced by ideologies, but also tempered with personality, personal experience and personal beliefs (not necessarily religious). For instance, take two people both with a Christian and conservative ideology. One could be always joyful that Jesus has come and saved them. The other could be be always sorrowful and upset about how the world is not living up to what it could be. Both are of the same ideologies but their experience have caused them to have very different outlooks on the world.
