  • All I can remember is being constantly 'told off' for sliding up and down the polished wood floor in my socks. I do have a feeling however, that other than that particular activity, I didn't really like it.
  • I remember SO much from kindergarten and before! I cut off all my hair in kindergarten with those plastic crayola safetly scissors :P My mom wasn't impressed. I thought it looked beautiful. From time to time, I still sing the "tidy up song" and the "days of the week song". My "boyfriend"s name was Bradley. My best-friend's name was Sammie. I used to watch Saved By The Bell every day when I got home. I miss those days! Thanks for the memories.
  • I remember many things about it. I remember that little girls wore dresses every day back then. One day, Ed Shorey declared it was "dress-up day," and went around pulling up all our dresses. Today, the poor 5 yr old would be expelled for sexual harassment. I remember my teacher, and that she got married over the holiday break. I remember singing lots of Romper Room songs.
  • I remember chunks of Kindergarten. For some reason I remember the bad things, more than the good things. I hated getting picked on and I always was, so unfortunately that is what I recall when I thin of it.
  • Oh yes. We lived 57 miles from my school and I'd have to get there about an hour and a half early every day (Long story... needless to say, it felt like days on end to a 6 year old.) I remember making those butterflys of paint that you folded over.. my first steps into symmetry. I remember nap time, my nap pad was yellow and white with crayola crayons printed all over, I always wanted to sleep under the sandbox so that i could reach up and play with the sand while the lights were out; Melissa, however, wouldn't let me. I remember how Lindsay was the first to be able to read chapter books and how I loved the Hooked on Phonics books about Panda going to the circus. I remember defending Barney when the other kids said he was "dumb", I believed that secretly they all watched Barney at home, but simply were trying to act cool saying that they didn't watch him. I remember sky dancers, I remember my favorite dress it was blue jean on top with a fun fifty's print on the bottom skirt, it had a big black belt in the middle of it. I remember that my teachers were Mrs. Greene and Mrs. Hamm and we loved to say "Green eggs and Ham!" Seeing as their surnames gave the perfect opportunities. I remember a lot. I wish I remembered more. I miss it all.
  • I remember much of it. I remember my first day, I didn't want to be there. I liked being home with my mother and baby sisters. I remember talking to the other boys and I remember some of the girls who I thought were cute.
