To remove salt stains from leather shoes and winter boots, wipe them with a solution of 1 cup water and 1 tablespoon vinegar.
Okay to be honest I have tried everything and nothing works except for MILK. All you do is get a cloth and dab milk on the salt stain with your finger. Then use the cloth to rub in. Leave over night and your good to go!!
Use a white vinegar soaked cloth. Wring out the cloth so that it's damp. Test first but a damp vinegar cloth should work well. Use a clean water cloth to rinse afterwards and small brush to bring the nap back how it was before.
I have light brown suede hnee boots. my jeans have stained them in the creases of my boots. how do you blue jean stains out.
You can get sprays from Wal Mart, but only spray it at the stain, not the whole boot!!
