How many hours a day do elementary, middle and high school students attend class?

Generally speaking, the average North American school day lasts about 6 hours. I have been lead to believe that it is less in Europe, but don't hold me to it.

we have 7 in middle school. in elementary school, i think it was about 6. i'm not sure about high school.

I think the average is 6 to 7 hours. I teach high school, and our school day lasts exactly 7 hours.
