is it true you can buy a used car off a car dealer, for just 1p, if you can find a car they wont to scap. Theye would have to pay to get it scraped otherwise or is that a old wife's tale

If your looking for a new car, look in your weekend newspaper in the car section. You want to compare ads and you'll will have few car lines to chose from. Now the trick to buying these cars is have your finaces already in order, Credit union loan, bank loan or check. If it's a loan credit unions have best rates.
NOW... be there first thing Saturday morning with the ad in your hand, BRING THE AD WITH YOU, (even there competitors if you have them, bring a stack) there is a stock number on the ad.
Now get out of your car recieve your car sales profesional, then tell him you want to see stock number blah blah blah. If they tell you they sold it, LEAVE. I mean say thanks and walk to your car and go. They will try to switch you. These cars are called lost leaders and they are less then invoice and they are loosing money to sell it.
Be that guy who only buys cars this way, the salesman will submit, be nice and curtious, drive the car and let him sell it, but it's your way. Do not try to pay less, they wont.
When looking through the paper look for 05 models if they have 06 models in, big rebates...
