Breathtaking and great fun. One of my favorite childhood camping trips was at Zion, where we enjoyed hiking and rafting. I've been there 4 times and can't get enough of the views.

Beautiful, but not easily accessible during the high season (you have to park - not always easy - and them take a bus in to see the really cool parts)
