  • Well, if you've made it clear you don't want to be together anymore, and that you want him gone and he refuses, I'd just box all his shit up when's he not there, but it outside and change the locks. *shrug* A little harsh, but it will get him ou.t

  • Move on with your life regardless of his unwanted presence. If another man suits you, nurture that relationship and find out what the two of you can do together in spite of the unwanted presence of your current live-in. Another male in the picture should spark up some activity, and that might involve your moving out, if not permanently then for a short time long enough for the current bf to pack up and move on. In your absence, if the current stays put, turning off utilities until he's gone is a way of saying GTFO that doesn't involve relinquishing the property. Find the current an attractive alternative to help him get into the mood - he apparently won't make the effort to help himself, but with some encouragement and an easy out, he may decide what's best for himself and jump on it.
  • Well...for one, if he's on the lease you can't kick him out. If he isn't, feel free to seak legal help in removing him.
  • We seem to have a similar dilemma. If he wont move out, YOU move out. Yeah, it'll suck to lose your apartment, but wont it feel great to have your life back? Need a roommate? Haha.
  • I am going through it right now too. I am at the point of getting the cops to escort his rump out of my house. He has sat around and has done nothing to contribute to our household and we have kids.I was also thinking about just throwing all his stuff out the front door. Well good luck in your situation.
  • Hey and I thought I was the only one lucky enough to have a loser boyfriend who does nothing and treats me like shit to boot. We also have a child together and that's why I have let him stay, but it is no longer an excuse. I need to get my son back in daycare and if he still won't leave I will have to get a restraining order on him. Good luck to you!
  • My question is, how do i get the bitch to move out?
  • Tell him you have asked him nicely, now you are telling him to get out and if he refuses he will be 'helped' out by someone who is male, and built like a brick sh** house. Ususally works (if you can back it up that is!)
