My father paid off the mortgage to his house long before he married his second wife. The house is in his name only and he is divorcing his second wife. Is she entitled to any of the equity of the home?

    Depends on the state in which you live and if your father had a prenuptial agreement with his second wife. generally, most states have 50/50 laws, which means all debts and assests are divided equally, once the marriage is over. hope this helps. end
