How are we supposed to believe that the lion (Aslan) had time to blow on all the solidified rebels in order to bring them to life for the final battle?

    How are we supposed to believe that a Lion can talk in the first place. It's magic. This is just another place were you need to suspend your disbelief.

    the best answer is read the book.
    for those who are ignorent the breathing and freeing is sort of an all day affair. the battle had already lasted for three days when aslan started breathing on the creatures. another thing about the breathing is that as in the movie he didn't nessarily need to breathe on every single creature he just need to breath in their general direction so he cleared up the courtyard pretty quick and probaaly the halls too. also notice the time lapse as far as the time of day, in the movie the battle starts with the sun overhead (short shadows) and at the end the shadows are leaning towards later.
