I'd remove the propensity for auto-immune diseases that runs in my family. I would have also liked to remove the Tuberous Sclerosis that my nephew has. I wouldn't mess with physical appearance or personality.
You bet I would...such things as selfishness, being unkind, being sarcastic, arrogant, condescending, pretentious, prejudiced,having a rigid mindset,feeling "better" than others or superior in some way, whining,blaming others,complaining,intolerant,judgmental..for starters! :)

Red Hair!! LOL my family has a few members with it (not carrot red more auburn) I always dreaded my children having red hair but they are all blonde. I know it sounds really shallow, but it was something that worried me during all my pregnancies - i know its stupid.... sorry :(
