    You are not going to cure Erectile-Dysfunction, But then you can learn to live with its occurring,now and then,in all us men. Welcome to the "ED Club". It's just one of the prices that us men have to pay in our gender-make-up. Here are some of the causes of ED.
    1 Relational-Anxiety,(Fear of sexual-performance).
    2 The use of medications.
    3 Early childhood Masturbation,where a man has taught himself to come,ejaculate, PDQ. And most of us men will continue this early Masturbation habit on into our relationships.
    4 You can change this habit,and then relearn to prolong your erection,through continued Masturbation. But that controled masturbation must have this goal in mind.     I tell you out of my experience. I am 42.
    1. Curb masturbation. Make your penis strive for pleasure. Only then it will respect the woman's body.
    2. See a good physician and get your blood tested for cholesterol, fats etc. Physician may recommend a tablet for reducing unwanted rising levels of various things.
    3. Aerobic exercise. For at least 20 minutes your heart rate should be between 65 & 75% of your MHR (maximum heart rate, which is 220 minus your age). Do it 3 to 5 times a week.
    4. Never eat to a full stomach. If you eat meat, allow it 4 hours to digest.
    5. When you have sex, dont rush to the f***. Relax. Enjoy. Take it easy. Foreplay. Let it come naturally. Place tool in position and kiss. Let it grow inside vagina.
