Herbal remedies I find particularly good for mental health and sleep conditions because they do not obstruct the natural processes in the brain while mental health drugs tend or sleeping tablets to alter the chemicals the brain produces or block something making you feel wierd and less in control and making you wonder what the benefit is, while herbal remedies allow you to think and function normally still and just calm you down :) I think the simplicity of them is a big reason why people chose them. Although they do not work for everyone niether do mental health medications given out by the doctor and no drugs are a miracle cure and if someone finds something that is a miracle cure for there condition its luck!
Yes.
I'm currently drinking herbal tea in battle against my PMS symptoms.
It works better than Midol. And attacks my mood swings, too.
I use them for all my ailments, and have learned them from my grandmother who lived till 98 years old.
I absolutely believe in herbal remedies! Mostly I use remedies for stress relief, but they definitely work. I like aromatherapy, homemade bath mixtures, different homemade teas...

Herbal Cure is what we call in India as "Nature cure". There are certain herbal cures especially related to stomach and digestive disorders, that are found very effective. "Ayurveda" or "Knowledge of Health" is based on herbs and roots. There are many books on this subject written centuries back are still followed. Nature has provided similar herbs all over the world.

I believe in herbal remedie also known as natural cures. They are way better for your health. They don't have the terrible side effecst that prescription drugs have. When you are sick you want something that is going to help you in the long run and not a quick fix. You want to get to the root of the problem so you can feel better. You just don't want to treat the symptom like so many prescription drugs do, and they don't really solve the problem. In essence you still are sick.

Yes, I believe in using herbal remedies but only in a limited sense. I understand herbal treatments are fast becoming an important alternative medicine. However thus far I have used them for treatment of shingles (I tried only once and it helped), light fever and when my body feel the heat.

I know I got downgraded for this answer but Ill tell you something about me why i said this: I was ill with anxiety and had a breakdown and one panic attack after another. The doctor gave me tablets to take and the tablets made me have siezures and hallucinations and did nothing to reduce my anxiety and they only increased it. I lost faith in tablets and went to herbal remedies and made my recovary on them. I must say though that although the herbal remedies helped it was mainly me who got me through it.
