  • Make sure you're drinking enough water. Read a good book. Spend three or four hours making yourself an awesome dinner. Try to say two words calmly for each one word you would shout. You'll end up making more sense.
  • Maybe you haven't had enough rest and relaxation. Try doing that.
  • It sounds like maybe you have been pushed to the limit or suffering from stress.Watch your diet and make sure it is balanced as well as some people can get wound up too much coffee, coke, sweets etc.I suggest you also do some exercise to ease the anger.Talk to someone about anything worrying you and maybe see a doctor for advice.
  • All the other answers are really good advice. You don't say how long this has been going on or if something out of the ordinary has happened to trigger this. Sounds like you are overwhelmed and burnt out....or worse, suffering from anxiety symptoms. Can you take some time off? Can you delegate some of your responsibilities? Can you avoid or minimize your contact with those people who are downers? See your doctor if this goes on for more than a couple of weeks....
  • Sounds like some kind of stress. Try to get some B vitamins and decrease light by wearing sunglasses and other senses whatever healthy way you can. If you are able to rest for a while that will help too.
  • Seriously, without any further consideration, go take a bath. Do you have a bathtub? Make sure the water is warm and there are plenty of bubbles.
  • this happened to me today, i think i forgot my medication two days in a row... i took it an hour ago and already have begun to calm down
  • Is it 'that time of the month'? Maybe you're pregnant.
