I think she's the next thing that NASA should crash into a comet.

But what has happened since July 2005? Presumably it was kicked out of court. It was a bit of a coincidence that the judge has the same name as the ex-KGB agent who was murdered in London:

- In a different article I read on the case the writer expressed the view that the judge would dismiss the case and tell Ms Bay that she was (in his words) taking the piss.
