How is the plumbing of the Seattle Space Needle connected to the rotating part of the building? I know one pipe can be a swivel joint, but how can multiple lines be connected to the top part which rotates 360 degrees?

If you visit the space needle, I think you will find tat the central core of the tower does not move. All of the plumbing and electrical is held stationary and is accessed in that mode.
