  • Personally, yes, I think it is fine. Even at that age three years is not so big an age difference, especially if it has been ok for the last 10 months. However, since she is underage, the guy should watch out. At least in many U.S. states, he could be charged with statuatory rape if they have sex (or unfortunately, perhaps if he is just accused). He should at the very least make sure the relationship is ok with her parents. Be warned, though, now that when he graduates high school (if he hasn't already) he will be entering a different part of like that the girl does not share in yet. It is very possible that the two of them will grow apart. However, that is no reason to preemptively break off the relationship.
  • it is perfectly fine. However if they plan on having penetrative intercourse you will have to look at age of consent laws. MOST age of consent laws are listed as 16-18 years of age.however some states have near-age exceptions, but that doesnt matter because he is 18. anyways just a look at it from the legal perspective. from the social perspective it could be a little risky but accepted mostly.
