It was shocking to me when I moved to America to find how rare lamb is. It is my favorite meat but very difficult to find good lamb in the USA.

Ummmm lamb chops. We eat plenty of lamb on the west coast too.

Costco or Sams is best local bet - don't mean to imply I cannot get it but in comparison to when I"ve been in the UK or Australia, the quality and cost is wildly different, and not in a good way.
