Not at all. A person's voice can continue to develop well into his/her twenties. 14 is the age when a voice begins to mature. Got a long way to go.

Absolutely not. In fact, 14 is the starting age for the beginning of vocal developement. Women go through vocal change just like men-it's just more subtle. Your larynx and your vocal folds don't mature completely till your mid-30's.
