I meet new people every day, people who are challenging and sometimes demanding. I get to talk with them and explore subject matters that are new and different to me. I learn about people and their issues. I get to learn about myself. And I get paid well. Frankly, I'd almost pay to do this work, almost but probably not really. I do enjoy my work and have for the past 15 year. There really isn't a downside for me.
