How do you import a different email program into Outlook Express, and which email programs can be imported?

Email client programs cannot be "imported" into other email client programs. Furthermore, I don't understand what that would accomplish. You CAN usually import/export ACTUAL emails to / from different email clients though. I would suggest you use something safer than Outlook Express such as Mozilla Thunderbird. You can export your email from OE and import it into Thunderbird if you wish. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Import_from_Outlook_Express
