Lie absolutely still and let it pass. An more unorthodox remedy that Ive heard of, not that im promoting it, is eating a small piece of cannabis resin. Cannabis is a well known anti-nauseant.

The quickest home remedy is a teaspoon of plain mustard. Swallow slowly.

Lavender and Chamomile tea..... cannibis resin (just a little, heard it works, haven't tried it.... Marijuana is natural an should be legal www.norml.org) ... ginger is supposed to help but I am allergic and ginger makes me puke.... I've also heard mustard. 7up or if you aren't allergic to ginger- ginger ale..... My cosmetology teacher swore by mixing lime sherbet and ginger ale..... (bleh. haven't tried it either obviously)... or just throw up and get it over with..... I have a nervous stomach and I get nauseated very often.... I usually drink 7up or lavender and chamomile tea.... it helps!

Press on the inside of your wrist near the arteries, and ginger biscuits also help.

I have two things I use. First, I'll rub some peppermint oil on my tummy. That often helps. If that doesn't work, or if I didn't have any, my next choice would be some Angostura bitters in soda water.

You can try some Dramamine. It's used for motion sickness and it's symptoms: vomiting, nausea, etc.
