My friend who has suffered from arthritis for years has found success by paying attention to the Ph balance of the foods that he eats, and making a point of not eating meals that are too acidic or too basic. I just found a site on google that has a little index for which foods are alkalizing/acidifying so you can get an idea, I'm sure there are more extensive ones available: http://www.thewolfeclinic.com/acidalkfoods.html I would also look into getting a prescription for medical marijuana if you live in a state where that is an option. I have psoriatic arthritis and it helps with the inflammation and pain.
