I'm fine with that as long as the system doesn't require me to SAY what I want because those systems don't like me:( I think the clearer & higher-pitched your voice is the better, and I have a very deep voice. Anyway as long as I can dial my options I'm happy, and get to a live person reasonably quickly. Just so long as it's not an automated system calling ME I'm happy.

I hate it and will hang up if their are alternate ways (like an online form) to communicate. If not, I push 0, #, * whatever it takes. I even have a list I found online somewhere of how to get a human at some major companies. :-)

depends on why im calling..if its to simply pay a bill..it can be convienient..if god forbid you should want to speak to a live human being it can be frustrating and time consuming...

My reaction is quick! I dive for the asterisk button and that 9 times out of ten will get you to a real live person :-)
