Use Colgate With Whitening Toothpaste... It works...

Boots have their own whitening product called Advanced + Tooth Whitening Program that worked incredibly well for me (I'm a smoker and a tea drinker). I very rarely recommend products to others, but this is one I truly believe in. It costs between £27-£30 and lasts ages.
