Music, essentially, is my life. It's my therapy, my inspiration, and the soundtrack to my world. I play music, listen to music, write music, and everything inside me feels wonderful. Music and learning are my two greatest joys.

I agree with Ender, who expressed it so nicely. Here's an amazing quote from Leonard Bernstein in an article "Is music God's language?" Composer/conductor Leonard Bernstein, who died in 1990 and who was celebrated one night at the Cascade Music Festival this past week, long had a quarrel with the translation of Genesis 1. It is usually translated "And God said, Let there be light." What brought light and everything else into being, said Bernstein, is best translated "And God sang." Creation was more than speech, "Creation was a musical composition. And creation sings back its praise to God with every vibration in its being."
