Steel, aluminum, plastic (#1), glass, newspaper, junk mail and magazines, corugated cardboard, batteries, plastic grocery bags. Kitchen and yard waste is composted. Old clothing and appliances go to the Cancer Federation or Goodwill for reuse.

My mom and I do...I throw it out and she brings it back in the house!

Me and my friends recycle cans, we do so in 2 ways. First, we drink what is in the can, then use it as a spit can, and then turn them in for money!

Everything that can be recycled. I also reuse whatever I can. We try to buy in bulk, so packaging is dramatically reduced!

We recycle anything we could! paper, plastic, aluminum, batteries, glass, refrigerators, steel, cell phones, etc. Recycling is cool. :)

I compost food items, and the waste management facility sorts the rubbish (so they say)... so quite a bit.

plastic, paper, batteries, computers, cell phones (just finally learned what to do with all those old cell phones I had cluttering my drawer!!), glass, I donate clothes does that count as recycling as well??? We only have 1 Earth, so I try to do my part in keeping her going for future generations!

We recycle paper, plastic, aluminum, metal, glass, cardboard, other types of boxboard. We reuse everything that we are able to reuse, and we have greatly reduced our consumption of disposable goods (paper towels, paper plates, plastic cups & utensils, etc.)

Almost everything I can. Certainly food...I recycle bottles and cans--take them to the recyclers and get money back for them. I also recycle paper and plastic bags. I try to send my electronics to an e-waste facility, but they don't come around as often as I wish.

Yes i recycle as much as possible I think it is a good thing, Less waste for landfills, Better for the enviroment, making good use of the stuff that we throw away is better for the planet as a whole but i do feel that for it to work then ALL have to do it :)+++++

I recycle, almost obsessively, I hate waste!! In my last job I recycled things that would otherwise just have been binned, in some cases the items I scavenged were in such good condition they earned me some money on ebay!! People often bin things without thinking about whether they can be re-used. The sooner we all learn to live without waste (or at least very little waste) the happier life will become!!
