• Odd thing is that what he died doing wasn't particularly dangerous compared to his other activities.

• I thought he was doing something dangerous the day he died,I mean a stingray sting him in the chest and into his heart...

• Well yes but swimming with stingrays isn't particularly dangerous compared to wrestling with crocodiles. I think only one other person has gone on record of dying from a stingray sting before.

• Besides that, 44 is like a senior citizen as far as crocodile hunters are concerned.

• Steve "should not have" retired early and had he lived to be a hundred he was not and never would be a "senior citizen"

• At least they still have grandpa (the master as far as Steve was concerned) to teach them in his absence. I'm glad to hear that they will carry on his legacy and message. RIP Steve-O.
