I think it is great! There needs to be a citizen check on police. Sometimes they get too zealous in their attempt to corral a suspect. But, having been a police officer, I know that sometimes when a person is resisting you have to be forceful to get them into handcuffs and the adrinaline gets to flowing and you have to maintain control of the situation it is easy to let it get out of hand. Especially if another officer or innocent person has been hurt by the perp. The thing is, it seems to me most of the videos you see of officers kicking and hitting a suspect, you see the suspect resisting to be cuffed. If the suspect would just let them put cuffs on, because they are going to anyway, no matter what, then there would be less kickng and hitting. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it.

I heard that it was started by convicted felons, that says something about their group.

- What does it matter if it was started by convicted felons or not? Actually the guy that started it was wrongfully arrested, but he took a plea for less jail time. He cannot, by stipulation of his release agreement, operate a computer for three years. So he just works cameras and supervises his help on the computers. These guys that are doing have been victims of police abuse. That is why they are doing it. They did their time, paid their penalty, so what does it matter if they are felons?

- I heard from hearsay it was a felon. "I heard that it was started by convicted felons." If a convicted felon was doing this I would think they might have some sort of resentment ...I could be wrong. I think it is a good idea though, all of our public service officers need to be held accountable.
