I am wanting to try the nuva ring, but i am a little scared. is there anyone who uses it so i can get honest opinions (good and bad) i have had enough facts from docs!!

My ex was on it while we were together. It gave her crazy mood swings and caused her to have vaginal pain and irritation. She also saw an increase in UTI's while she was on it. This probably varies from person to person, but that's my just my (or her) experience.

I LOVE it. I've been on it for 3 years now and never had any problems. The only thing that bothers me is that it makes me extra wet sometimes. My partner doesn't feel it during sex and you can even take it out for up to 3 hours and put it back in if you want. DO IT. It's the best!

OH ITS WONDERFUL! but you really have to know your body type, there are some women that can not use it because of thier body and how they react to it. But I use it and love it I was a little scared too I thought it would get stuck in there lol but it doesn't the Midwife or DR. will show you how to out it in and take it out (at least mine did) and you can even take it out at home so you can practice just wash it off with cold water before replacing it and put it back in right after you take it out http://www.nuvaring.com

i have dated gals on the nuva ring......it is really great.....it is just as effective as birth control pills.....plus, you don't have to remember to take a pill everyday......it may be uncomfortable for the woman to have that inserted near her cervix, but, me and my ex had no problems for two yrs when she used it.....take care....Brian.....
