When I have anal sex with my partner I get the feeling that I have diarreoha. I always make him stop as I feel like it will get on him as it did happen once ( after I had been sick with gastro) but no other time. Is this normal?

If you and your partner want to enjoy anal sex, it's always best to have an enema before you get going to clean out the lower GI tract and make accidents of that sort very rare. If you've got the stomach flu or any other upset to your intestinal tract, hold off on any anal sex until it's cleared up.

And from my partners, the rare times I've done this, yes.. It's usualy normal to feel either like you have diarreaha or feeling of an usual bowel movement.
