DONT DO DEPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO YOU WILL GAIN WEIGHT AND RAISE YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE. IT RUINED MY LIFE.

- I had the one and only shot and had severe cramps, worse than before and I put on 12 lbs in 3 mths. Now I'm going to be put on an extremely expensive alternative medicine to help with my endometriosis.

- see? I know some people gain a lot of weight from that stuff. I hate it. Some aren't affected by it, though

I think it is more the first month you have to worry about with ANY sort of birth control (pill, patch, etc) but I'm not 100%.
Since the shot is every 3 months, it would make sense that the first 3 aren't completely effective.

F*** tha depo it messed up my life too!!! I went from a perfect body to a stretch mark nightmare when I gained 80 pounds in 1 year from that S***.... tha doctor said I was only supposed to gain 20 pounds at the most, but obviously that was a load of crap cuz how do u go from *120 lbs* all the way up til ur 18 then poof ur *200 lbs* when some "smart" doctor said it was the best birth control for u (NOW THATS WICKED FUCKED UP!!).... personally I would have rather had a baby and got this body that way than bein tricked into the fricken depo shot!!! OH... and guess who's pregnant!!! Not me cuz I was on the shot for 5 years like an idiot and now ive been trying to concieve for 5 months and no luck!!! Tha shot is thA doctors way from keepin people from overpopulating...lol...j/k but wat tha F*** Anybody else???
