Massage your fingers and finger nails with a cream like vasaline handcare. This gives good circulation and helps the nails grow faster :) x

Eating a well balanced meal, high in calcium, is all you need to think about. Take at least the recommended dosage of calcium daily. Regular trims will keep the ends of the nail strong and thick

the vasaline hand moistoriser works for me! i was a nail biter but i just stopped like a month ago an used that they are looking great!

you need CUTICLE CREAME , NAIL HARDENER. A BUFFER AND A FILE WITH SOMETHING THAT CAN SHAPE YOUR NAILS,AND A NAIL CLIPPER.

first you need to put blood back to your nails so you need to massage them to get blood circulation back to your nails.

If you wash your hands alot, start using hand sanatizer.making your nails wet is not good

use some kind of oil a day that will make your nails grow faster.

if they chip use the nail clipper to cut the hole nail of or just file it.

bufff your nails to make them look shiny

im a nail expert i work in a manchester salon and i find theses good things to do.

Rub Vasaline On Your cuticle.

mix 4 tabespoons of milk
3 tablespoons of orange juice
and 5 tablespoons of pure apple cider vinegar
And you have a very high in protin drink that will give you stornger nails.
you could also
Dip them in warm water every morning and night almost insant results.
