My cosin used to eat Jelly which she got from a nail shop which made her nails stonger so not easy to break which will also make them longer as they would last longer!

Just one jelly square a day!

Gelatin will speed nail growth, and make your nails stronger, too. Most drugstores will sell gelatin capsules (non-prescription). One capsule three times daily seems to be an effective dosage, based on my own experience.

HEY I TAKE HAIR SKIN AND NAIL PILLS! U COULED GET THEM AT WALMART OR TARGET!! PLUS I TAKE PRENATAL PILLS AND THEY GROW GREAT=)) ALSO BY NAIL CLEAR NAIL POLISH AND MAKE SURE U PUT IT ON UR NAILS EVERY 2DAYS 2 KEEP UR NAILS STRONG!!! ESPECIALLY IF U HAVE KIDS!! ANOTHER THING IS TEE TREE OIL!! GET IT AT THE HEALTH STORE!

Gelatine, even a cube of jelly a day will help . Take muti Vitamin and calcium

I would deifinetley reccomend eatting and drinking healthy....If your healthy, Your nails will be healthy too.

If you already tryed but it hasn't worked (It doesn't work for everyone) Try using a simple, but cheap Quick Grow from the drug store.

There is a product at GNC called Biotin for healthy nails and hair! It works really well, I could notice a difference in about a week! Also there is a growth treatment by Nutra Nail that works really well to.

sometimes it's just in our genes I'm guessing, as my nails grow like SUPER FAST. When I used to bite them they grew slow, but now I carry a nail clipper in my purse everywhere I go. =) The healthier your body is the healthier your nails will be.
