  • Yes. It went well, my neighours daughter had a pool party which got out of hand. When I went over he apologised and things were cool.
  • I was unable to confront them directly their was a group of six people yelling at each other very loudly, I was not going to get involved, I called the police, and the police said they had other calls about the fight and they were sending out a car. The neighbors yelled at the cops. It was very tense for sometime.Since then no trouble with neighbors.
  • Well, I have had mixed results with this one. My upstairs neighbors were just evicted. The daughter was a drug user who had her dealer and user friends over partying all the time. She was also rude... very. I know I have a problem with rudeness and my temper is short right now. I knew that if I went up there and asked her to PLEASE stop stomping around like an elephant at three in the morning and she mouthed off to me, I would have put her through a wall, then fought the 2-4 thugs up there every night. The end result would have been me in jail or dead when the thugs shot me. So, I kept my peace. Drug users and dealers are dangerous to deal with. I have had this problem in more than one location. Here is a time from the 80's when it was just a regular guy: Well, this guy lived in an apartment not attached to mine and he blasted his music so I could hear the WORDS in my bedroom. I asked him nicely to turn it down many times, and he did. The next day, up it went again. Finally, I was tired of it. His music woke me up AGAIN. I put on my robe, walked to his door, pounded on it. He opened it after I pounded on it long enough. I walked over to his stereo, ripped the power cord out, and walked home. He kept the noise down after that. I would not suggest this route... I could have gone to jail. The only thing you can legally do is speak with the neighbor, the landlord, and the police. I have, as I said, had mixed results.
