It is located on the radiator panel in front of the battery.

it is located down on the steering column right above the brake pedal arm.

On my 92 2.3L it is located at the front of the intake housing on the drivers side
black about 3 to 4 inches wide, 56 to 7 inches long(top to bottom) and maybe a half inch thick
Be sure if replaceing to know which is the top side of the unit
