Do you think if the police gave tickets for driving infractions such as driving in the fast lane/passing lane at barely the speed limit and not just passing other cars or those not turning into the lane nearest them, it would help eliminate road rage?

    Nope. Because people just use driving as a way to express their anger about other things. As long as those other things exist, so will road rage.
