Help answer this question below.
Basically yeast. It is made by boiling down the yeast left over from brewing beer, then adding a few other things as others have listed. But it is fundamentally boiled yeast.
According to the label. Yeast extract, salt, vegetable extract, Niacin, Thiamin, Spice extracts, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, celery extract and Vitamin B12. I could even give you the nutritional values stated on the jar as well.
According to the official marmite website (yes there sadly is one) the ingredients are:
* Yeast Extract
* Salt
* Vegetable Extract
* Niacin
* Thiamin
* Spice Extracts
* Riboflavin
* Folic Acid
* Celery Extract
* Vitamin B12
