I've done all the home remedies before and I advise against them. I know they're tempting, but they can be really harmful to your skin because the acids aren't regulated for skin type so they're safe for everybody. Plus, if you find one successful you might over use it, and dry out your skin. Trust me, just go to a dermatologist.

Most acne face washes contain salicylic acid which treats/drys out the acne. I noticed the other day at the store that (foot) Corn remover has the highest content of salicylic acid, about 45%. Do you think it would be ok to treat acne with it?
