The Telestial Kingdom is the lowest level of glory to which someone who lived on this Earth may eventually go. Basically it is where those that never tried to live good lives will go after they are finished paying for there sins. It is said to be a much better place than our mortal existence is, but the people there are forever cut off from the presence of Father and Son and will have to spend eternity knowing that they did not have to be there. They could have had so much more, but they chose not to do that which was necessary to obtain it.
