No active, practicing member of the Church will answer this question in an open forum such as this. Anyone who does is breaking a solemn vow that they made with God. So, I would not trust them an any matter.

This is something you should find easily on google, just take note of dates, these things have changed over time to accomodate modern living (actually many theories exist on why they have changed, I don't actually know). I'd like to note that I'm being down-rated for providing information on things mormons will not provide information on due to it's sacred nature and not because my answer is wrong.
