Call the 800 number (1-800-4MY XBOX, or the number for your locality that's listed in your 360 owner's manual). Describe the problem you're having. They will walk you through some mostly worthless troubleshooting steps. Once they've determined what you already knew (that your 360 is f'ed) they will get your address information and send you a coffin (a box for you to ship your 360 in for repair/replacement) and give you instructions as to which components should go in the box, and how to ship the box to them.
