    This site is full of trolls and people who just love to neg people for their viewpoint answers. There is no rhyme or reason involved.

    My criteria for downrating a question or answer is that it is vicious, rude or cruel. Stupid or funny responses I just leave alone.

    I have an idea that of being useful to others. If someone asks a question he/she is entitled to a polite answer.
